Black coffee or tea
Your body has been working since you woke up....treat your body with food for energy!


Dinner
Lean meat or chicken
1 cup green (leafy) vegetable
1 cup carrots (m! veggies)
1 apple (m! fruits)
Give your food time to digest before bed...3 hours will do your metabolism GOOD!

Snack
